In Zoe’s film there is a photo of me and my kids on Westminster Bridge. I can’t get the photos off Zoe’s film disk and so wondered who took it and if I can have a copy? Ta!

First time in France today on a proper bike and I loved it. The sun was shining, I was whizzing along feeling like a cycling god.

To everyone out there who wants to join the junior ride tomorrow, Sunday 27thJuly, we’ll be setting off from Argos at 10:00 am. Tim and Judy are going to plot the route. I will be with Ben and will only be going as far as Holme Pierre Pont as we are going to Sheffield for lunchtime. So that means there are two distances as I assume Tim and Judy will be going further.
