Bike Fit?

Morning folks,

After a long ride at the weekend, I've now got a lot of pain in my neck and also the bottom of my hamstrings. I'm pretty sure I could benefit from a bike fit.

Any recommendations as where to go that don't charge £300?

I just want my saddle height and layback setting and my bar height and reach adjusted to the right length (buy a new stem if needed).

£300 seems a lot to achieve this so places like Langdale etc are out.

Any advice/help much appreciated

Paul

I cannot recommend Andy Brookes Highly enough.

He works out of Leisure Lakes in Breaston.

£185 for 2.5hours which is a full fit. It tansformed my cycling and I now ride faster than ever and in comfort

I went to Lovevelo in Darley Abbey a couple of years ago. Spent £50 on a fit. All done by an experienced eye on a turbo trainer - no power meters or computer measurements but I learned a lot and we made some fit changes. They let you take test stems and saddles etc away to try before you buy. I felt that it was good value and would recommend if you don't want to spend a lot more money.
