This is great - thank you. I'll be in touch about further details nearer the time.
I'm about to post up a call out for help to clear the course before Christmas. A great chance to get a preview.
I'm trying to get a sense of when people will be available to help on the 20th so I can allocate roles. If you haven't already let me know could you post the details up here?
The day will start at 7:15 with set up, which will be completed by about 9:00. We'll then have a marshal briefing after which marshals will take up their positions.
It would be great to know if you are available for set up, can make it later or have to leave by a particular time. We can then ensure that the set up teams are complete and marshal points are always covered.
I can be there from 7:15 but may need to be away mid afternoon dependent on negotiations at home, if they go well I may bring an extra set of hands

Hi, I can help, kids are in the under 9 race so should be available once they are finished, and in the car sampling the goodie bags.

When you're ready go to the registration tent and sign the volunteer register. The volunteers in the tent can then radio Steve Seamark who will allocate you a marshal point.
