2021 AGM - Friday 4th February

Hello everyone, hope you are keeping well and have managed to keep Covid safe through the latest wave.

As you may remember in December we announced that we would be moving the AGM to February the 4th at 7pm, we were originally hoping to run the AGM in person, however given the recent surge in omicron, even though the numbers are now coming down we have decided to move the AGM back online. We feel this is the safest option for our members and the public.

So we will be holding a Google Meet at 7pm on Friday the 4th of February and we hope as many of you as possible can make it. Click here to join the Meet.

The AGM is a great opportunity for us to kickstart the year, telling you what the club has planned for 2022 and beyond, and for you to let us know if there is anything you think we could be doing better, we pride ourselves on being a club run by our own members, and it's great to hear feedback and fresh ideas from you.

You should have recieved an email containing the minutes from last year's AGM, along with this year's agenda and John McCay's 2021 chairman's report.

Since Covid, we haven't held any club awards. This year we will be bringing back our Member of the Year award. This is chosen via a vote from you, the members, so please email me at secretary@beeston.cc with your nominations. The last date for receiving votes will be midnight on Wednesday the 2nd of February. Look forward to hearing your nominations, and please do feel free to give the reason for your nomination.

Thanks so much, and we look forward to seeing you on our screens next Friday.
