Can you help support 20/21st August
Can you help by giving up some of your time during the 20th & 21st August at Derby Arena.
This is such a big opportunity and great recognition for the club and Beeston Race Teams.

Beeston CC is hosting the National Youth Omnium Finals followed by the BCC Track Team Open on the 20th & 21st August at Derby Arena - The Club needs volunteer helpers / supporters to make the event a success.
We need:
• 9 people as Track side holders for the team starts - this group is being coordinated by Ian Barker.
• 3 people running admin support - looking after the team room, Commissaires refreshments. Sign on desk etc. Group being coordinated by Tracey Pearson
• 3 people as Rider Whips - coordinating gear checks, getting the riders to their race on time and marshalling in the Pens.
• Someone to coordinate a few token prizes and the podium ceremony at the end of the Sunday (budget available)
• Finally - as many as possible to turn up early on Saturday 20th to set up the rider pens on the closest badminton courts - and to stack the barriers and chairs after 5pm on the Sunday.
