4. Financial Report
The financial report has been provided by club treasurer, Michael Hartley, and has been circulated via email prior to the AGM.
5. Club Subscriptions and membership
· 2023 membership has been due since the 1st January, prices have remained at £15/pa (£45 for 5 years) and family at £25/pa. Thank you to those who have already resubscribed
· Continued affiliation to BC, NDCXL & CTT in 2022. Members are free to take part in races and events in 2023
· Thank you to Jim Wilson, who is stepping down as our membership exec.
· Streamlining the membership process and the website
6. Club Commitments

- East Midlands Road Race League - what is EMRRL?
- East Mids Youth League
- Cyclocross – volunteers needed
- BCC TT 10 – volunteers needed
- 2 Reliability Rides
- Spring – April 2nd
- Summer/Autumn - TBC
- Russ’ Memorial Ride - still keen to put on a charity ride for Russ so we are hoping for a volunteer to help organise this.
- British Cycling are running BC Go Ride/Club Clusters again and we are looking for supporting with marshals over 2 dates in August
- BCC Hill Climb: September/October (We need someone to organise)
- Downhill championship: October/November (Now named the Stella Russ Downhill Trophy
- Club Cluster Sessions at Harvey Hadden
Alongside these events, we’d like to bring back the annual awards, which include
- Downhill
- Hillclimb
- TT
- CX
- Member of the Year
7. Club Kit
Michael Hartley – Review/move to Kalas Sportswear as club kit provider.
8. AOB – Members’ discussions for the future
How can we improve our website usability? And streamline ride organisation onto 1 platform?
9. Election of Officials
We can’t start this part without thanking the current exec.
Their individual skill sets suit the different needs of the posts that are needed to run the club as smoothly as possible.. Their commitment has been fundamental to the successful running of the club.
The current exec below will stand down and the Chair will announce the full list of nominations.

- Welfare Sarah Danaford-Knight prepared to re-stand
In the event of two nominations for the same post it will go down to a head to head vote by the members at the AGM.
The new exec will then be formally elected for another year
