As one of the clubs that has committed to help get the Harvey Hadden race league up and running we were proud of the turn out on the 24th of May as we hosted our first of two meetings.

A big thanks goes to Neil Buddo and the HHRL committee for their time and efforts to make this a race regular in the East Midlands race calendar.

I big thank you goes to Richard Oakes and Sally for organising and last but not least the marshals that helped out.

Although we didnt get any top 10 finishes our racers pushed hard in both races. Greig Burt and Matt Sparkes in their respective cat 2/3 & 4 races pushed and finished in the pelotons. Greig's foot unclipped with 300 metres to go which thwarted a top 10 place.

We are confident that the HH league will become a regular feature in EM racing and it is on our doorstep which is great news.
