Smart training during COVID 19
All the hard work and preparations to develop a BCC Youth Development programme has shown its real worth during this difficult time with our young racers being supported by the club and the Bryan Steel youth academy.
We managed to get sponsorship in place in time to enable the club to fund the 8 club riders through the academy thus taking a small financial burden away from the parents during this difficult and uncertain time. When the season does get back up and running our young riders will be as well prepared as they can be to make a real impact on the season.
With online coaching, bespoke training programmes, one to one calls and group online sessions they are keeping in shape and in as good spirits as possible. Getting out on solo rides and with their family for gentle exercise is keeping them sane and nice to see.
