Ready for 1st Round of National Youth series, Pembrey
In their 60th year VC Londres annual edition of Deux Jours de Cyclopark took place for 2024. Many of the Beeston youth riders made the journey to the excellent facilities at the Cyclopark in Kent along with many others to make good size fields no doubt, for what is a well organised challenging event but also for a recce before the national champs there in July. The event is held over two days with 2 stages per day with Beeston featuring on the majority if not all the podiums in the U14 & U16 open categories. Theo Wan in U14 and Evander Wishart in U16 also celebrated stage wins and took second spot on the podium for GC. Also riding was Tom Brennan (6th), Sam Martin (9th), Jake Bird (28th), Ollie Swinburn (34th) & Noah Bush competing for his first time on the road so well done to all. There was lots of learning and development for the riders going into the first national of the season at Pembrey next weekend.
