Sounded at the pub at least 3+ of us wanted to move it to the week later.

i wasnt at the pub but can do Oct 5th.

I’m assuming based on the lack of information that the Hillclimb/downhill isn’t happening on Sunday?

Anybody for a social ride instead?
Probably heading west, avoiding the Robin Hood traffic and road closures on the embankment etc? And with a tailwind home!

Yeah it's moving to 9th November. I've changed the date.

This hill climb ride uses the cat and fiddle hill near West Hallam, riders take off in staggered intervals to try and SAFELY get the best time. Last year there was a social ride after at a friendly pace. I believe there was also cake and trophys. Not sure if all that still holds true for this year.

Slightly disappointing that it clashes with Remembrance Sunday 😢 I mean I was definitely not in the running for silverware anyway but...
